Hospitality scheduling software

Most scheduling software is built for offices. Hospitality is not an office.

You don't need a "team well-being score". You don't need predictive analytics that suggest you cut Tuesday lunch staff because foot traffic was down 4% last month. You need to know who's working tomorrow night and whether Lucas confirmed.

Most tools that sell themselves as "workforce management for hospitality" try to do everything — payroll, compliance, training, KPIs. They cost £80 a month minimum, with a mandatory sales call before you even see the interface. SuperShift does one thing: a schedule that works, without detours.

Shifts as they actually exist

A bartender working 6pm to 2am is one shift, not "evening" plus "late". A line cook doing a split — 11am to 3pm and then 6pm to 11pm — is one day with two blocks, not two part-time contracts to reconcile at the end of the week.

SuperShift handles both natively. Drag a block, drag another, the system knows it's the same day and totals correctly. Shifts that cross midnight don't need workarounds. End-of-week hours per person are accurate the first time.

Roles that exist in your venue

You don't have "team member level 2". You have a bartender, a runner, a line cook, a dishwasher, maybe a door host on Saturdays. SuperShift lets you create your own roles and assign them per shift. The week view shows at a glance whether your kitchen is staffed, whether your door is covered, whether you forgot someone.

No 14-tab settings page. No compliance wizard. Make your roles, drag your shifts, send the schedule.

Honest pricing

Free up to 20 active staff. Not "free for 14 days" or "free until you get serious". Just free. For a small café, a takeaway, or any venue with a tight team, that's everything you need.

Above 20: $15/month for one venue up to 100 staff (Pro), $29/month for multi-venue with advanced reporting (Ultra). On the page, no asterisks, monthly billing, cancel any time without a phone call.

Questions we get a lot

Does SuperShift handle split shifts and shifts that cross midnight?

Yes, both natively. A split is two blocks on the same day, totalled together. A shift from 9pm to 3am is one block of six hours, not two pieces.

Does my staff need to install an app?

No. It's a web app that runs on any phone. No App Store, no updates, no notifications they'll learn to ignore. Login and the schedule appears.

Is there really a free plan with no time limit?

Yes. As long as you have 20 or fewer active staff, you stay on the free plan indefinitely. No payment details required to start.

Does it integrate with payroll?

We export staff hours per week or per month as CSV or PDF, in formats that most payroll providers accept. No direct API integration — that's a deliberate choice. Payroll is a hard problem and we'd rather export cleanly than integrate badly.

No demo, no contract, no sales call. Create an account, add your team, build next week's schedule. If it doesn't work for you, close the tab and you've lost nothing.
