Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for the SuperShift scheduling platform, operated by Sidestream OÜ (registry code: 17374822). All payments are processed through Stripe.

SuperShift is primarily a B2B service. The Free plan is available without time limits, so you can fully evaluate the product before committing to a paid plan.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data is preserved but features and limits will adjust to Free plan levels.
  • There is no cancellation fee.

3. Refunds for monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. Since the Free plan allows you to evaluate the Service without time pressure, we consider each monthly payment as a commitment for that billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us and we will evaluate your case individually.

4. Refunds for yearly plans

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if you have not extensively used the Service during this period.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are not provided for the remainder of the yearly term. You retain access until the subscription period ends.

5. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer (not acting as a business) within the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However, by using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the digital content delivery begins right away and you may waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.

This does not affect your statutory rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@supershift.app with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and can often process a refund faster than the chargeback process.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the effective date. The current version will always be available on this page.
